The Client

Trevor, owner of Upillar.com approached Moki Systems with his vision of an auto trading website which was hassle free for buyers and sellers alike. Upillar features free online classifieds. Their website features a fully functional auto trading solution with a user-friendly, non-cluttered, navigable interface. Buying or selling autos has never been so easy.

The Solution

Upillar was one of the bigger projects Moki Systems has done. We built their system using Ruby on Rails. The site has many features such as an administrative backend for user generated content management. Dealer, seller and buyer logins. Multi-file uploading using Flash, as well as automated thumbnail generation.

Moki Systems no longer provides programming services for Upillar – it is now run and maintained by a full staff of employees. We continue to maintain the several servers it takes to run such a large scale web application.
